Conveniently located just off of Highway 101 in Mendocino County, Black Oak Ranch is full of majestic old oak trees, leafy bay groves, and Ten Mile Creek which is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days during early summer. Black Oak Ranch is home to an abundance of wildlife including deer, raptors, and our resident family of beavers!
