Black Oak Ranch offers group accommodation and event hosting in two facilities, Streeter Creek (summer home to Camp Winnarainbow), and Ten Mile (site of Kate Wolf Memorial Music Festival, the Hog Farm Hideaway and The Days Between). We also offer group camping in our Ten Mile Facility.

We are located on Highway 101, five miles north of the town of Laytonville, CA in beautiful inland Mendocino County. Just under three hours from the Bay Area.

Our event clients may:

Purchase produce from our organic garden
Wade and swim in our streams
See wildlife including deer and wild turkeys
Use our stages for meetings and entertainment
Hire tents and shade from our onsite tent rental
Be part of a tradition of community and connection

Rates are based on the size and nature of the event. Utilites and other consumables are billed separately. Contact us about our rates and availability.
